PATICIPANT GUIDELINES:
▪  Minimum Age Requirement: Undersea Walk as from 8 years old, Parasailing & Tube Ride as from 6 years old
▪  Activities are Child-Friendly (For Undersea walk depends height and must have broad shoulders and Tube Ride depends on height)
▪  All 3 Water Sport Adventures are applicable for non-swimmers
▪  Clients must bring own towels and swimwear following sanitary measure
▪  Participants must be physically capable in order to undertake the activity
▪  All 3 Activities are guided by mentors
▪  Safety Life Jacket is compulsory to wear during boat trip and certain activities.

CONDITIONS:
▪  No Cancellation policy: Once a booking is paid for, there are no refunds.
▪  No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed.
▪  Once a date is booked and paid, no amendments is allowed.
▪  The individual making the booking is responsible for the group of (2 person and more) and take the responsibility to inform all members of their group about the conditions.
▪  Once a booking is paid, there is no reduction in the number of person. Any absences the individual making the booking is responsible to settle full amount.
▪  Once a booking is paid, any adjustment for adding additional person to the original booking will subject to availability.
▪  In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the operator reserves the right at its own discretion to cancel.
▪  For security purpose, it is not allowed to get drunk.
▪  You are solely responsible for your personal belonging on board.
▪  You are required to reach before 11am latest to perform all activities.
▪  Clients are requested to respect session time communicate after confirmation, any delay may disrupt the planning, hence no rescheduling and no refund.
▪  Activities are performed in occasional showers, unless torrential rain in boarding region or any cyclone there is rescheduling, no refund.
▪  The operator is not responsible for disruption in the trip on day of activity, the captain will advise on boat, no rescheduling or refund.
▪  Restrictions: People suffering from Asthma and others respiratory problems, cardiac problems, convulsions, epilepsy and/ or pregnancy are not allowed to do this activity.
