DESCRIPTION:
Board from Tamarin Beach at 7am on an unforgettable speedboat trip for whale watching in the west of Mauritius. Equipped with snorkeling gear, enjoy the opportunity to snorkel and swim, and served with non-alcoholic refreshments on board. Return by 11 am, ensuring a morning filled with awe-inspiring whale encounters and aquatic exploration.

CONDITIONS:
▪  No Cancellation policy: Once a booking is paid for, there are no refunds.
▪  No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed.
▪  Once a date is booked and paid, no amendments is allowed.
▪  The individual making the booking is responsible for the group of (2 person and more) and take the responsibility to inform all members of their group about the conditions.
▪  Once a booking is paid, there is no reduction in the number of person. Any absences the individual making the booking is responsible to settle full amount.
▪  Once a booking is paid, any adjustment for adding additional person to the original booking will subject to availability.
▪  In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the operator reserves the right at its own discretion to cancel,  reschedule or reroute the cruise.
▪  For security purpose, no alcohol consumption is allowed for this trip.
▪  If minimum number of participants is not been met on shared basis, excursion will be rescheduled by supplier.
▪  The operator is not responsible for disruption in the trip on day of activity, the captain will advise on boat, no rebooking and no refund.
▪  You are solely responsible for your personal belonging on board.
▪  Any delay, the operator reserves the right to start the cruise and no rescheduling and no refund.
▪  Whales encounter are not promising. There is no refund if whales are not seen.
▪  Clients is fully responsible in case of snorkeling equipment damage.
▪  Pregnant women are requested to seek medical advice prior to booking any activity.
▪  On the day of activity rain or shine, if the customers decides not to go, the customer will be charged full rate for cancellation.
